Safeguarding

We take safeguarding very seriously here in the Parish of Aldridge. Find out more about our policy, procedures and practices below.

As a church, we are committed to providing a safe and caring environment for children, young people and vulnerable adults, to protecting their rights and protecting them from harm.

Please see the PDF link below for the relevant application forms for Barring & Disclosure (formerly CRB)

Our Policy and Practice is based on the model guidance provided by the Churches’ Child Protection Advisory Service (CCPAS). Our Policy is registered with CCPAS who also supervise our Disclosure and Barring Service checks on all people who wish to work with children, young people or vulnerable adults. We are also advised by the Diocese of Lichfield.
