Church membership assumes that people will all belong to a Life Group.
These are small groups meeting in homes for fellowship, prayer and are where we ‘do life’ together, applying the Word to real life, ministering to one another and more recently, where we are encouraging people to allow the Holy Spirit freedom to move among us and to operate in the Spirit rather than the flesh. They are intended to be places of spiritual growth.
They are also the main way in which the mission and vision of the church and the priorities of the minister, are actively supported, encouraged and enacted by the congregation so that we are united in that common purpose.
Activities promote our vision and values of Up (connecting with God), In (mutual support and personal growth), and Out (outreach).
Groups generally meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Monday afternoons in various members’ homes.
To discuss which group will be best for you, or for more information, please contact small core group co-ordinator Julie Fuggle on firstname.lastname@example.org.
